Bizarre accident at the Dollar Store in Delta BC

Our beloved Dollar Store, Dollarama at Scott Road and Nordel Way was rudely interrupted this afternoon when a "new" SUV driver decided to accelerate in a forward direction instead of a gentle reverse motion.

Fortunately I don't think that anyone was injured, although it could have been much worse.

Trying to think of some funny captions, like "It really is $1 Dollar Plus" or "The 30 minute parking limit doesn't apply if you park in-store".

Any ideas? Please leave a comment!

Vancouver BC Transit History - Streetcars, Trolley Buses, Electric Railway

Here's some fascinating video clips showing streetcars in operation in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster from 1907 to the 1950's:

Not exactly RAPID transit, but I think we could use them back again in many areas. Be sure to check out the restored streetcar operating in Vancouver starting in May 2012, from Olympic Village to Granville Island:

Also check out the amazing book by Chuck Davis, The History of Metropolitan Vancouver:
